Masthead Proposals

I have been thinking a lot recently about the masthead of my magazine. I have been asked to come up with three magazine masthead proposals. I have already suggested 3 on my final magazine idea; however, here I will choose a final one and also go into more depth about why i have suggested these mastheads. These masthead propsals need to fit in with the genre I have chosen which is a pop magazine aimed at young girls.
The three proposals are:
POP!- this is a simple and catchy masthead that will be easy for the audience to remember and also will be eyecatching on the front cover.
Pop 4 You!- this again is simple but longer. It can be classed as a direct mode of address as it uses the personal pronoun "you". This could be appealing to the audience as it may make them feel special.
Pop Is Life!- this is simple and longer than the other two. This is my least favourite one as I feel it will be the least eyecatching to my target audience.
I have decided to go with the masthead POP! as it is simple and the most eyecatching of them all.
